Acceptable Materials
Green waste vegetation comprised largely of organic wastes, such as leaves, weeds, lawn and shrub clippings, resulting from upkeep of yards, gardens, lawns, parks and other areas. Green waste may also include natural wood and pruning.
Land clearing vegetation, stumps, tree trunks, branches, leaves, woody pruning and other woody vegetation and dirt resulting from land clearing activities and other activities such as landscape maintenance.
Paper and cardboard
Wallboard / Drywall waste (New Construction Only)
Dairy waste
Clean wood waste, unpainted and unpreserved lumber and wood waste, particleboard, plywood, and pallets
Pre-consumer vegetative foodwaste, including grain and coffee grounds.
Unacceptable Materials
Biosolids, biosolids derived products, demolition debris, painted wood, preserved wood, stained wood, waterproofed wood, creosote treated wood, chemically contaminated wood, plastic laminate, vactor wastes, sewage, septage, hazardous wastes and contaminated soils.
